About the role:

Boston Scientific is seeking an execution driven and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager with strategic vision to serve as an IT Product Manager in the Digital Workplace team within our Infrastructure and Operations organization.  You will lead Global IT resources as well as manage important relationships with organizational leaders and external vendor partners. This leader will be responsible for execution of Collaboration Technology programs that support a global organization, enabling a hybrid workforce. 

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead execution of critical programs and strategies to reduce cost and enable emerging technologies
• Works collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals and resources across multiple stakeholders, project priorities, and organizational initiatives
• Owns long-term product roadmap
• Owns end to end consumer experience of the digital product(s)
• Responsible for Product and Feature launches, including Change Management planning and execution
• Ensures integrations with existing systems are maintained
• Responsible for providing updates to IT executives regarding the strategic vision and execution status
• Identifies key roadmap contingencies including business operations and partner requirements
• Lead a cross-functional team to manage and execute assigned services and initiatives
• Identifies innovative uses of Technology to provide a competitive advantage
• Collaborate with Cyber Security Team to review the security controls in on premise and cloud-based applications
• Work under minimal supervision and independently determine \ develop approaches to deliver results
• Use OKRs and KPIs to measure success and to communicate to your team, customers, and leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, related technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT and partnering with Stakeholders
• A minimum of 3 years in an IT Product Owner or Product Manager role leading people and projects
• Proven experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with IT Partners, Stakeholders and Vendors
• Demonstrated strong technical experience with Microsoft 365 platform
