This full-time rotational position offers hands-on experience in Software Development using the ServiceNow platform through a structured, cross-functional learning experience within IT. Participants complete 6-month rotations across IT teams over a two-year period and transition into a permanent placement within the organization at the conclusion of the rotational program.
You're Responsibilities include:
- Support the configuration, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge).
- Develop and maintain basic scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies).
- Assist in building and enhancing workflows, flows, and integrations under the guidance of senior developers.
- Support incident and defect resolution related to ServiceNow applications, including root cause analysis and fixes.
- Participate in ServiceNow releases, deployments, and post-release validation activities.
- Assist in implementing small enhancements and configuration changes following established development and change management processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design notes, configuration details, and deployment instructions.
- Support testing activities by creating and executing unit tests and supporting UAT.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, platform administrators, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Follow platform best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or advanced studies in related career (graduating before May 2026)
- Familiarity with software development cycles and best practices
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Ability to learn new languages and development technologies.
- English proficiency: B2+

Desired:
- Academic or hands-on exposure to ServiceNow development.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and core modules (ITSM).
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, UI Builder, or Service Portal.
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, or data imports.
- Understanding of ITIL concepts.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA or Developer – optional for entry level).
