About the role:

The Senior Credit Operation Analyst is responsible for the end to end assessment of credit risk, establishing credit limits, and financial analysis of our customers. This position will be collaborating with the Collections, Sales, Contracts, and Finance teams to proactively address credit concerns, influence business decisions, and offer creative solutions to reduce exposure while striving for customer growth opportunities.

 

You're Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all credit limit decisions on a day-to-day basis and establish appropriate customer credit limits
  • Analyze and present customer financial information from various data sources
  • Manage all credit check/hold releases reporting and decision making in SAP
  • Optimize credit tolerance rules to ensure the system functionality covers BSC risk
  • Use forecasting models to prepare and/or present management reports for risk exposure.
  • Proactively collaborate with each sales division to give visibility to exposure, minimize bad debt loss, and partner to drive revenue opportunities
  • Provide tactical solutions to problem solving and assist in strategic initiatives to improve processes and productivity for accounts receivable risk management
  • Collaborate with Collections, Sales, Contacts and Finance with contract negotiations, acquisitions, high risk customers, bankruptcy and financing matters.
  • Negotiate instruments of security such as letters of credit, escrow agreements and guarantees of payment
  • Ensure working partnership with bankruptcy service provider and give real-time support
  • Maintain SOX compliance and controls in accordance with internal policies
  • Lend expertise for any acquisition, integration, or divestiture
  • File UCC liens on capital equipment when required

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills:

Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ related experience in Credit Analytics
  • English Level desired: C1.
  • Well versed in financial statement analysis
  • Experience with accounting/financial analysis (MS Excel) and systems skills
  • Experience with large, complex organizations

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Collections experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of hospital systems preferred.
  • Experience in working in credit management within SAP
