At Boston Scientific, we are looking for a Product Manager – New Cardio with a strong marketing focus who is proactive, independent, and thrives on engaging with customers in the field. Your Role
As a Product Manager (Marketing) for New Cardio, you will play a key role in driving business growth through market analysis, competitive strategies, and product positioning. You will take ownership of marketing initiatives, be actively involved in customer education, and ensure the successful execution of product launches and promotional strategies. With a strong emphasis on customer engagement, you’ll spend around 40-50% of your time in the field, working closely with sales teams and key opinion leaders to develop and implement impactful marketing programs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development – You will identify market trends, execute post-market strategies, and develop strategic marketing plans to strengthen the position of New Cardio products. By working closely with sales and clinical teams, you will bring innovative approaches to market both new and existing solutions.
  • Customer Engagement & Educational Events – You will lead marketing-driven educational initiatives, such as live case discussions, physician training sessions, and knowledge-sharing events. You will organize and coordinate these events while ensuring strategic follow-ups with sales teams to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution – You will take initiative in developing product positioning strategies, competitive analysis, and promotional activities. By continuously seeking ways to improve marketing effectiveness, you’ll help shape the long-term strategy for New Cardio.
  • Collaboration & Influence – You will work cross-functionally with sales, regulatory, and clinical teams, as well as external medical societies to enhance market presence. Depending on your ambitions, there would also be an opportunity to act as a subject matter expert, in which you will influence marketing strategies across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
  • Quality & Compliance – Ensuring that all marketing activities align with regulatory and quality standards will be a key responsibility. You will also explore AI-driven solutions and remote support technologies to enhance customer experience and lead qualification.

 

About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive, independent, and committed to delivering results. You take initiative, ask the right questions, and enjoy working closely with customers. You are not someone who waits for things to happen – you make things happen.

 

  • Experience in marketing, sales, or product management within the medical field (preferably in cardiology or structural heart).
  • Strong technical and clinical understanding of cardiology or structural heart products.
  • Passion for educational marketing, including organizing and executing training events for customers.
  • A strong business mindset, understanding long-term strategic planning and how marketing drives sales.
  • Experience in working with medical societies and developing joint educational programs.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders across different levels.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
