About the role
This Senior Product Manager has responsibility for commercial strategy and execution for the EMBLEM MRI S-ICD System. This role will be critical in preparing for a new competitive landscape and strengthening our position ahead of competitive entry. This role will be a part of the Global mCRM Marketing Team and will work cross functionally to ensure a coordinated approach and to protect Boston Scientific’s leadership position.


  • Define and execute the US commercial marketing plan for S-ICD as a key differentiator across our ICD portfolio.
  • Partner with global commercial teams to meet strategic and business plans and execute commercial strategies and programs.
  • Identify critical workstreams to execute before competitive launch and ensure plans are being developed to address competitive entry.
  • Collaborate with upstream Marketing, R&D, and Clinical teams to prepare for near-term product launches and provide input on future product development initiatives.
  • Support market research and customer advisory boards in collecting Voice of the Customer input to guide commercial activities and inform upstream portfolio development.
  • Represent S-ICD virtually and in-person at tradeshows and customer events, and by visiting accounts to represent and solicit feedback.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, Science, Healthcare/Biomedical strongly preferred)
  • Advanced degree (Masters, MBA) strongly preferred
  • Experience creating impactful marketing plans and developing value propositions, positioning and targeting
  • Experience building relationships with key customers and cross-functional partners
  • Strong medical device clinical understanding and capability to master complex and technical medical devices
  • Experience working globally in a virtual & matrixed organization; ability to engage and influence across levels, functions, and regions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to tell compelling stories supported by data, in person and via PowerPoint.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
  • Travel: up to 20% domestically and globally, when appropriate to resume.
