The Office of the Chief Information and Digital Officer (Office of CIDO or OCIDO) is focused on the Culture, Operations and Strategy of IT. The Belonging, Interactions & Growth (BIG) team within OCIDO is focused on our people and ensuring the structures and incentives we put in place foster and reinforce a feeling of belonging within the organization.

As an Agile Project Lead for Global IT at Boston Scientific, you will manage, lead, and execute on various global strategies and plans related to the BIG vision. 

 

Your responsibilities include:  

  • Manage and lead multiple workstreams that increase the feeling of belonging of the team members within our organization (e.g. onboarding, recognition programs, onsite events) 
  • Advance the transformation of our IT teams from project to product-based work and from waterfall to agile delivery 
  • Facilitate various learning forums and Communities of Practice 
  • Create and manage metrics, analyze the data, and visualize the data into insights for us to make decisions on how to continue to advance the BIG space

 

What we’re looking for: 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of a bachelor's bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading small and mid-sized projects 
  • Experience in using agile practices and principles daily 
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills with hybrid teams (i.e., mix of in-person and remote)  
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple time zones, cultures, and a variety of personal backgrounds
  • Demonstrated experience championing  diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
