About the role: 

Provide professional administrative support to the Rhythm Management HR team and the Arden Hills site HR teams in the following areas: talent management, performance management, succession planning, data management, compensation, employee information, staffing/recruiting, learning and development, benefits and employee relations.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage data, procedures and/or processes related to one or more of the following HR processes: talent management, performance management, succession planning, employee data/reporting, compensation, benefits, learning and recruitment.
  • Coordinate, organize and/or lead administrative tasks in support of HR programs and initiatives; will assist HR business partners and other team members with special projects.
  • Provide data and information to others on HR processes and procedures, including standard monthly and quarterly workforce reports and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Gather and prepare data in preparation of HR initiatives and programs to include the use of HRIS (SuccessFactors) and other tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) in the creation of files/documents. 
  • Support and lead key employee engagement activities as assigned, including employee surveys/action plans, awards programs, get the pulse sessions, and employee communications.
  • Perform general administrative duties which may include: meeting management, travel arrangements, calendar management, HR office space assignments and management, supply maintenance, and mail distribution.
  • Perform general office support activities, including photocopying, mailing, and filing.

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and self-prioritize daily work load with multiple team members
