About the role:
As a Business Process Administrator supporting Field Action Communications within the Global Quality Systems organization at Boston Scientific, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of Field Action Administrative Activities. In this position, you will specifically support customer communications, the product returns process and monitor field action activities.
Your responsibilities will include tracking customer responses, facilitating product returns within the BSC SAP System, and managing incoming external customer communications via email and phone. In addition, you will be essential in creating Field Action training and other continuous improvement activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating, organizing and/or leading administrative tasks in support of ongoing Field Action activities
- Managing incoming communications from the Field Action Phone Line and Email Mailbox to ensure high-quality customer service
- Escalating complex, technical or ambiguous communications to Field Action Management
- Managing Field Action Data and generating reports, presentations or other communications to assess and communicate team performance
- Initiating and supporting continuous improvement activities at a personal, department and cross-functional level, including designing new processes to enhance workflow, identifying process efficiencies and supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures
Required qualifications:
- A High-School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in business process administration (preferably within a regulated environment such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals or biotechnology)
- Experience using an ERP system (preferably SAP)
- PC literacy in basic office applications (Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
Preferred qualifications:
- Medical device/regulated industry experience.
- Familiarity with Post Market, Field Action (Recall) and Quality System processes.
- Strong communication, data management and organizational skills.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently on multiple high-priority tasks while still maintaining high quality of work.
- Proactive work habits and assertiveness in managing administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with Boston Scientific processes and systems

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
