Business Process ManagerSupply Planning COE 

About the Role: 
 
Join Boston Scientific’s Global Supply Chain Planning Center of Excellence as we advance standardized, integrated, and scalable planning processes across our global network.  In this role, you will lead a highperforming team focused on improving production planning, scheduling, and sterilization planning through Kinaxis Rapid Response.  Your work will directly strengthen supply continuity, operational performance, and our ability to serve patients worldwide. 

Your Responsibilities Include: 

  • Lead the Supply Planning COE business process team, serving as the steward for global production planning and sterilization planning processes.
  • Drive the design, enhancement, and deployment of integrated planning capabilities across Kinaxis and SAP platforms.
  • Partner with materials leadership, BPLs, planners, and crossfunctional leaders from across the globe to align priorities, resolve system and process issues, and enable bestpractice adoption.
  • Manage endtoend process improvement efforts, including requirements, design, testing, and change enablement.
  • Ensure the integrity of planning data and maintain clear, accessible documentation, training materials, and user support structures.
  • Mentor and develop a team of business process analysts supporting global planning solutions.
  • Foster collaboration across the supply planning community to share best practices and promote innovation. 

What We're Looking For: 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, IS or related field
  • 5+ years of supply chain planning experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis (or other advanced planning tool) and SAP
  • Strong project management, facilitation and leadership skills 
  • Excellence communication capabilities across all organizational levels
  • Ability to travel 10% 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • MBA with emphasis in Operations or IS Management
  • APICS certification 
  • Demonstrated adaptability and comfort with evolving processes.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Maximum Salary: $194000 

 

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

 

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
