About the role:
The Cardiac Diagnostics Services (CDS) Account Executive develops, maintains and expands relationships with strategically important large customers. The role will be assigned to a limited number of named customers, responsible for achieving assigned account objectives. The CDS Account Executive represents the entire range of Boston Scientific's Cardiac Diagnostic Solutions products and services to the customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring that the customers’ needs, and expectations are met.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Expand the CDS customer base by creating products and services that leverage Cardiology (CG) Nation.
  • Design, develop, launch, and measure key programs and initiatives that demonstrate the value of diagnosing, treating, and monitoring across the cardiology group.
  • Drive strategic account management collaboration across the company’s four Cardiology Group business divisions globally to ensure a coherent solution and engagement strategy for key customers.
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develop sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Monitor reimbursement trends in the country, developing and executing strategies to include and maintain BSC products in the reimbursement system.
  • Maintain knowledge of the industry and competition, continually seeking information.
  • Stay aware of industry trends and their impact on country sales activities.
  • Follow up on contracts.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 6 years commercial experience within the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Strong business, relationship, and organizational management skills
  • Strategic thinker, analytical, accountable, and results-driven
  • Demonstrated record of success or over-achievement in past sales positions
  • Ability to travel to Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) accounts and markets as appropriate.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Previous Corporate/Strategic Accounts IDN sales experience within the medical device/healthcare industries
  • Cardiovascular sales experience
