About the role:

As part of Boston Scientific’s Global Clinical Contract Operations team, you will play a critical role in facilitating the execution and quality control of Clinical Site Agreements and Budgets for medical device clinical trials across a range of therapeutic areas. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external healthcare institutions to perform quality checks and finalize the signature process. This role is a key contributor to the study start-up process, enabling clinical trial sites to initiate participation and support overall study enrollment efforts.

 

Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Perform quality reviews of approved clinical study agreements and budgets to ensure accuracy, compliance, and readiness for execution.
  • Facilitate the contract signature process by coordinating with internal teams and external site contacts, ensuring timely and compliant routing.
  • Collect, prepare, and accurately file essential study documents and financial materials within designated systems and repositories.
  • Maintain and update internal trackers and databases to reflect real-time contract status, milestones, and site-specific progress.
  • Compile and submit data for all executed Boston Scientific contracts to iMedidata on a quarterly basis.
  • Extract and record budget amounts from fully executed agreements to support a study-wide financial view.
  • Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely vendor payments in alignment with contract terms.
  • Oversee final document archival and secure distribution of fully executed agreements to all relevant stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 0-1 years of experience in relevant industry
  • Must be fluent in English language

  • Demonstrates effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently and take initiative to prevent and resolve issues 
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation and ensuring process compliance.
  • Demonstrates the ability to have strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and orally
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills demonstrated by being proactive, customer-focused, and independent critical thinker

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
