About the role:

Digital Commerce, including eCommerce, is a strategic focus area at Boston Scientific aimed at enhancing business efficiency and accelerating innovation. Since its launch in the Endoscopy division in 2021 and subsequent expansion to Urology in 2022, this initiative has been progressively extending across our entire product portfolio and divisions, both in the US and globally.

This position offers valuable organizational exposure and the opportunity to gain cross-functional, global experience at Boston Scientific.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain the “playbook” for onboarding divisions and regions, ensuring global success.

  • Drive customer engagement with the platform and contribute to the analytics process to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders through frequent communication channels.
  • Attend conferences and seminars to stay abreast of B2B industry best practices in commercialization with customers and sales reps.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital commerce, sales, marketing, or similar function.
  • Experience working in large and complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Field sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrated across diverse organizational levels.
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and adept at solving complex problems.
  • Enthusiastic collaborator driven by enhancing the customer experience.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
