About the Role:

Responsibility for daily guidance of a product team with support from a PM or Lead PM.

Your Responsibilities will Include
:

Digital Product Manager – Salesforce Platform is responsible for defining and executing projects to support the vision and strategy for Salesforce as a core digital platform within the enterprise ecosystem. This role bridges business strategy and technology execution — ensuring that Salesforce solutions enable seamless customer and employee experiences, drive operational efficiency, and support scalable growth across digital channels.

You will partner with cross-functional teams — including Commercial, Marketing, Service, and IT — to translate business goals into actionable product initiatives and deliver high-impact digital capabilities through the Salesforce ecosystem.

 

  • Align Salesforce capabilities with broader digital transformation and business objectives.
  • Identify emerging trends, new technologies, and opportunities to leverage Salesforce to improve business outcomes and customer engagement.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand customer journeys, pain points, and opportunities for digital improvement.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple business units while maintaining a focus on delivering measurable business value.
  • Champion best practices for Salesforce platform design, scalability, and data integrity.
  • Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to maintain platform health and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
  • Use data and analytics to inform prioritization, measure outcomes, and guide future enhancements.
  • Drive transparency through dashboards, reports, and regular updates to leadership.
  • Increase end user engagement and adoption of Salesforce capabilities through training, communication, and change management.
  • Promote a product mindset across the business — focusing on iterative improvement, user experience, and measurable value.
  • Act as a Salesforce evangelist, fostering engagement and excitement around the platform.
  • Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to ensure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
  • Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
  • Serve the Salesforce Product Team Community as a product expert via community forums, meetings, and direct interactions.
  • Related tasks as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in digital product management
  • Salesforce Certification
  • 3+ years of business operations improvement experience (areas of IT or sales preferred).
  • 3+ years of Customer Relationship Management software experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • 2+ Years of Agile Experience.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills: able to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business operations challenges.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work to positively impact business performance.
  • High sense of urgency and commitment to execution.
  • Outstanding communications skills, able to communicate with all levels of an organization.  
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of time.
  • Reporting: Expert skills in Excel, PowerPoint.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • 3+ years of business operations improvement experience (areas of IT or sales preferred).
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • 2+ Years of Agile Experience.
  • Medical Device Industry Knowledge

Maximum Salary: $172500 

 

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

 

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
