About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Fellow/Lead to join the Boston Scientific Global Customer Care & Capital Equipment team. In this role, you will lead the SF.com optimization & drive the related Artificial Intelligence (AI) enablement for the Global Customer Care and Capital Equipment organization. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency through strategic implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the use of SF.com and linked AI capabilities in alignment with business objectives, overseeing the related transformation initiatives with support from internal and external resources.

Work Mode
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in one of our local offices at least three days per week. Options include: Arden Hills, MN or Quincy or Marlborough, MA.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to incorporate AI into CRM platforms, aiming to optimize customer interactions and business operations.
- Oversee the rollout and ongoing management of the transformation across various geographies and functions
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices to streamline operations, enhance user experiences, and drive efficiency.
- Work closely with product teams, commercial, and supporting teams to ensure AI initiatives align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.
- Engage with executives and stakeholders to advocate for AI-driven CRM solutions, providing insights into the potential of AI to transform customer engagement strategies.
- Lead organizational change efforts associated with the transformation. This involves developing communication plans, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies. Monitor performance, analyze data, and implement improvements based on insights.
- Inspire and guide customers and stakeholders in adopting AI-powered CRM solutions, demonstrating how these technologies can revolutionize their business processes and customer interactions.
- Provide guidance, support professional growth opportunities, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve transformation goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional, large-scale, and complex projects/transformations.
- Deep understanding and hands-on expertise of Salesforce platforms (and optionally other digital technologies like Adobe Experience Manager, SAP Commerce Cloud)
- Comprehensive knowledge of generative AI technologies, with the ability to articulate their applications and benefits in a business context.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change through innovative AI solutions.
- Must be able to operate effectively and efficiently with little direction and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Knowledge of and experience working in Global Supply Chain, IT or Sales Operation.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SF.com & PMI certifications are a plus.
- AgentForce experience/expertise
- Strong executive presence, comfortable communicating with and presenting to all levels, and able to tailor communications to the audience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.
