About the role:
You will lead the strategy and execution of our Global Talent Acquisition Marketing efforts. Your work will be crucial in attracting top talent and fostering engagement. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across Global Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, Social Media, and business stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop Global Talent Acquisition Marketing Strategies: Assess recruitment channels and content needs; Conduct trend research, competitive analyses and other external benchmarking; share insights and recommendations. Craft multi-channel, marketing strategies that align with top TA priorities and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
- Support regional paid social media strategies by advising on media briefs
- Continuously explore and introduce new content channels and formats
- Foster social media innovation in collaboration with corporate, divisional and regional teams
- Align with global brand and employer brand strategies by collaborating with Global Brand team to integrate global and employer brand expression into recruitment strategies.
- Implement marketing strategies by executing Talent Acquisition campaigns: Oversee content strategy and calendar; support orchestration of marketing content across BSC channels. Ensure messaging and creative strategy is compelling and consistent across all channels.
- Build Strong Business Partnerships: Collaborate with Global HR, corporate and divisional Marketing, Legal, Communications, Social Media, DEI, ERGs, external channel partners (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Everyone Social) and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all regions and functions.
- Leverage Data for Strategic Insights: Analyze and report on content and TA marketing performance; identify opportunities for enhancement
- Optimize Processes and Technology: Partner with TA technology manager for continuous enhancement of end-to-end TA marketing processes.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of digital marketing and/or communications experience including global and multi-channel strategies.
- Informed on current digital marketing and social media trends and skilled at recognizing opportunities to extend reach and improve performance
- Experience in highly matrixed, global organization.
- Ability to work onsite 3 days a week
Preferred qualifications:
- Extensive Digital Strategy Experience: Proven experience in crafting and implementing digital strategies, with a track record in both organic and paid campaigns.
- Strong ability to manage vendors
- Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively use data to drive content strategies.
- Project/Program Management Experience: ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Strategic Global Leadership: Experience in leading marketing strategies at a global level, with ability to work with multiple stakeholders and align marketing strategies with business objectives across different regions
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for onsite participation in company meetings and events across various sites
- Scaling Experience: Demonstrated ability to scale projects from pilot to enterprise wide.
- Diversity and Inclusion Strategy: Experience in implementing strategies focused on diversity
- Analytical Proficiency: High level of analytical skills, with exemplary assessment and judgment capabilities. Industry Experience: Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational health care technology organization.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management, teamwork, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, fostering strong relationships.
- Technological Familiarity: Prior experience with Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing technologies.
- Recruitment Marketing Knowledge: Knowledge of innovative approaches to drive candidate awareness, engagement, and brand affinity
