About the Role:
 

The Inventory Planner position requires someone with a strong methodical ability that can work in a team environment. This exciting role will provide the opportunity to partner with multiple departments, including Field Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing. Responsibilities unique to this position include a good understanding of process flows and outstanding customer service skills. We continue to innovate in key areas and are extending our innovations into new geographies and high-growth adjacency markets. In Peripheral Intervention (PI), we treat vascular system blockages in areas such as the carotid and renal arteries and the lower extremities, treating, Peripheral Vascular Diseases and Pulmonary Embolisms. Medical Conditions we provide solutions for include Carotid Artery Stenting, Embolic Protection Balloon Catheters, Vascular Protection, Iliac Solutions, and Renal Solutions. We have a robust product line and pipeline, and we will continue to make an investment in Peripheral Interventional treatments.

 

Your Responsibilities Includes:
 

  • Manage the execution of New Product Launches by establishing procedures and processes to ensure a successful launch.
  • Ensure Inventory transactional systems are fully capable of meeting ongoing business needs.
  • Provide clear communication to Sales Management and Sales Representatives.
  •  Leading team member, fully motivated to achieve & demonstrate best practices in line with the department objectives.
  • Effective Inventory process & control to meet business goals. (i.e., Accuracy, Service, turns).
  • General Inventory reporting, i.e., Cycle-Counting, Inventory turns, when necessary.
  • Give ongoing education to the Sales Force regarding consignment program compliance with guidelines, and field inventory levels, including reporting and metrics.
  • Proactively looking for and implementing inventory improvement opportunities.

 

What We're Looking For:

 

Required Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, and/or related field
  • Minimum two years of business/analyses or related work experience
  • Proficient in EXCEL, Microsoft Word, and Access
  • Strong verbal and written communication Skills
  • Strong customer service Skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:
 

  • Experience in Sales Force Program Management
  • Customer Service experience
  • Experience with SAP and GSR
  • Medical device industry experience
