About the role: 

Provide professional administrative and analytic support primarily to the Rhythm Management HR and legal team. Primarily this role will support the following HR and legal activities;  talent management, succession planning, data management, employee information, learning and development, talent trending/reporting.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage data, procedures and/or processes related to one or more of the following HR processes: talent management, succession planning, data management, employee information, learning and development, talent trending/reporting
  • Coordinate, organize and/or lead administrative tasks in support of HR programs and initiatives; will assist HR business partners and other team members, with analytical, project or any other work they may need support for.   Provide data and information to others on HR processes and procedures, including standard monthly and quarterly workforce reports and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Gather and prepare data in preparation of HR and legal initiatives and programs to include the use of HRIS (SuccessFactors) and other tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) in the creation of files/documents. 
  • Support and lead key employee engagement activities as assigned, including employee surveys/action plans, awards programs, get the pulse sessions, and employee communications.
  • Perform general administrative duties which may include: meeting management, travel arrangements, calendar management, HR office space assignments and management, supply maintenance, and mail distribution.
  • Perform general office support activities, including photocopying, mailing, and filing.

  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative support role; ideally supporting HR

  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical and data reporting skills, including use of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and self-prioritize daily work load with multiple team members
