 About the role

This Senior Product Manager has direct responsibility for commercial strategy and execution of the HeartLogic™ Heart Failure diagnostic platform within the Core Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) downstream marketing team. This role will partner closely with the Senior Product Manager, Clinical Marketing for HeartLogic, as well a broader group of functions including Marketing Communications and Campaigns teams, Sales, Sales Operations, Medical Education, R&D, and others to:

  • Define and execute the US commercial marketing plan for HeartLogic within our High Voltage CRT-D and ICD portfolio
  • Identify, champion and launch new initiatives to increase HeartLogic adoption
  • Serve as key collaborator with sales communications, sales ops, marketing communications and campaign teams to lead development, approval, and launch of sales and customer-facing tactics
  • Engage and inspire the CRM field team as the commercial champion for HeartLogic
  • Share resources and best practices and advise regional marketing partners on their HeartLogic commercial activities
  • Collaborate with upstream Marketing, R&D, and Clinical teams to provide input on future product development initiatives
  • Support market research and customer advisory boards in collecting Voice of the Customer input to guide commercial activities and inform upstream portfolio development
  • Represent HeartLogic (virtually and in-person, where appropriate) in Innovation Center programs, at tradeshows and customer events, and by visiting accounts in order to represent and solicit feedback on our high voltage portfolio.

 

 What we're looking for in you:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Clinical, or related field required. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Strong medical device clinical understanding and knowledge of remote patient monitoring strongly preferred. Digital health expertise a plus.
  • Established track record in tactical execution of marketing initiatives, leading cross-functional process from development of initial concepts through content development, approval and dissemination.
  • Experience working globally in a virtual & matrixed organization; ability to engage and influence across levels, functions, and regions.
  • Strong relationship development & track record of collaboration with a broad set of stakeholders.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to tell compelling stories supported by data, in person and via PowerPoint.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
  • Proven business acumen.
  • Travel: up to 20% domestically and globally, when appropriate to resume.
