About this role:

The MES modeler configures and tests process and product configuration settings in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and assists in the creation and maintenance of the Device Master Record in Windchill.



Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create and refine MES configurations to optimize quality and operational effectiveness.
  • Create and manage information related to MES configurations in Windchill.
  • Troubleshoot issues with implemented MES configurations.
  • Collaborate and consult with process owners and project teams to resolve issues and optimize solutions.
  • Provide training and mentorship for system users and other staff.
  • Participate in cross functional teams (Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Production).
  • Improve process and application/system effectiveness and make recommendations for implementation of changes that will best meet customer and company requirements.
  • Perform and document tests.



What we're looking for in you:

Minimum qualifications

  • Experience with software systems supporting manufacturing activities, including Manufacturing Execution, Product Data Management, and ERP systems (e.g. Camstar, Windchill, SAP)
  • Ability to manage complex, detailed processes and work assignments
  • Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, customer service-oriented, team environment
  • Ability to adapt to and embrace change

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Demonstrated initiative to identify and drive improvements
  • Continuous improvement and/or Lean/Six Sigma certification
  • Experience with process automation tools (e.g. Excel macros, RPA software)
  • Knowledge of CFR, ISO requirements
