About the role: 


Boston Scientific is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support Cardiac Rhythm Management’s digital transformation. This person will review and document BSC business and system processes while identifying opportunities to improve business efficiencies.

 

Your responsibilities include: 

 

  • Work with key business and technical stakeholders to identify and document current and future state business processes including data flows
  • Lead stakeholder sessions to understand business requirements and the business process workflows
  • Provide value enabled recommendations for improving and modernizing business processes
  • Leverage different tools and techniques to drive requirements and design sessions
  • Partner with architecture and design team to define solution options
  • Support solution design, build, test, and implementation
  • Present documented processes, solution options and recommendations to business & technical audience
  • Work closely with the project team (internal and external) to ensure a collaborative and inclusive team environment
  • Lead multiple project activities simultaneously, working with internal and external cross-functional groups
  • Drive issue resolution including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds, and defect correction
  • Create and maintain all required documentation per IT methodology and processes
  • Understand Boston Scientific’s key initiatives, processes, and ecosystem
  • Foster a community that shares best practices and drives innovative ideas for further improvement
  • Support a work environment of continuous improvement in line with BSC’s Quality Policy, Quality System and appropriate regulations for the areas supported
  • Participate in IT commercial strategy & operation plans and roadmaps

 

What we're looking for: 
Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ Years of IT Business Analysis or Process Improvement experience
  • Experience with enterprise level transformations and major technology platforms such as SAP S4, Salesforce.com
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience working in an Agile team
  • Proven results on business transformation or enterprise system migration initiatives 
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Experience with BPM tools and MS Office
  • Relevant Business Analysis certifications are preferred
  • Experience working in a medical device or related regulated industry is preferred
