About the role:
Boston Scientific believes that to grow our business, we must grow our people.  With that as context, the Specialist II, L&D in Enterprise Talent Management will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and support of enterprise talent development initiatives.  This encompasses the development of processes and tools supporting executive, manager, and employee development, and talent planning and movement. This role will partner with the Enterprise Talent Management Director and Global Service Owners to support efforts.  BSC is looking for a strong and credible practitioner who is passionate and driven to build and engrain a culture of development at Boston Scientific.

Your responsibilities will include:
⦁    Support the global policies, processes, tools and programs for various Global Service Owners, the ETM Director and VP Talent as requested.
⦁    Act as a super user and Qualtrics Survey administrator.  Assist in training other administrators and create various surveys to support ETM.
⦁    Provide instructional design support for GSO’s by creating job aids, tools and materials.
⦁    Support cyclical ETM activities such as ALDP (Accelerated Leadership Development Program), EC Talent Review and Succession Planning and BOD presentations including administrative support, vendor management, collaboration with input providers, and consolidating information into clear, concise and engaging formats.

⦁    Update various platforms such as BSC Intranet, SharePoint, and Yammer.

⦁    Participate in various ETM projects as assigned.
⦁    General breakdown of duties will be:
⦁    30% Qualtrics Survey Administrator
⦁    30% Cyclical ETM activities (ALDP, EC LASR, BOD)
⦁    20% Intranet/SharePoint/Yammer Updates
⦁    20% High level administrative support and detailed project support

What we're looking for:

Required qualifications:
⦁    Bachelor's degree 
⦁    2-4+ years of applicable work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 
⦁    Strong analytical skills; ability to perform analyze data to identify issues and draw conclusions 
⦁    Advanced experience in the use of MS office suite – PowerPoint, Word, Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, merging)
⦁    Experience building engaging presentations, updating and organizing data and content, and working with surveys and associated technology. 
⦁    Ability to execute while leveraging competency in collaboration, relationship building, and communication.
⦁    Ability to collaboratively work directly with vendors, internal business partners
⦁    Highly self-motivated, driven work ethic, keen attention to detail, and exceptional customer service orientation
