About This Role:

Leads the Device Tracking & Medical Records function to meet its quality system requirements, drive competitive advantages and contribute to business results. Directs department personnel and 3rd party vendors in processing, analyzing, investigating and reporting customer and device data with internal, field personnel and end customers. Fosters strong cross functional partnerships and drives initiatives to improve the function's accuracy of product, patient and customer data. Ensures systems, processes, and staffing are suitably designed and implemented to maintain an effective and efficient quality system.


 
Your Responsiilities Will Include:
  • Recruits, coaches and develops organizational talent.

  • Builds strategic partnerships to further departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Develops and executes organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups by utilizing technical/professional knowledge and skills.
  • Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations, etc.).
  • Makes decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules in order to achieve department objectives.
  • Develops, monitors and appropriately adjusts the annual budget for department(s).
  • Provides appropriate level of cross-functional and customer-oriented communications regarding the status of department and quality system operation, as well as product performance.

 

 

What We're Looking For In You:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 7-9 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading technical teams
  • Advanced degree in a technical field or business
  • Project management experience
  • Effective team leadership experience
  • Experience with medical devices
  • Experience with Post Market activities
  • Vendor management experience
