Boston Scientific is seeking a Principal Acquisition Labeling Lead to serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to acquisitions, product literature and labeling. As the resident expert, you will partner closely with labeling practitioners and project management teams to develop effective labeling strategies while managing schedules and deliverables that support global acquisition efforts. This role ensures labeling content adheres to all applicable procedures, regulatory requirements and quality standards.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Your responsibilities will include:
● Independently coordinate product labeling deliverables for highly visible, complex projects, overseeing desktop publishing and artwork generation for labeling components, including labels, IFUs, cartons and sterile barriers.
● Collaborate with executive leaders, functional managers and cross-functional team members to establish project strategy, priorities and scope.
● Partner with project and functional managers to develop pre- and post-integration plans and strategies.
● Develop deliverable schedules and establish milestones to track progress and ensure on-time completion; communicate project status, challenges and successes to project and functional leadership.
● Gain clarity on requirements, issues and resolutions; communicate project information to leadership, stakeholders and reviewers.
● Gather inputs and source data to lead cross-functional teams through labeling content development; manage drafts, implement changes and track revisions.
● Support critical project milestones and resolve issues related to labeling programs, processes and content; guide, mentor and train early-career labeling practitioners.
● Leverage expertise in labeling procedures, regulatory requirements and quality systems to ensure accuracy and full compliance; confirm all labeling content is complete and meets customer needs.
● Coordinate implementation and release of labeling deliverables, including execution through Boston Scientific’s document control system.
● Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation; promote consistency across labeling content.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree.
● Minimum of 5 years' experience in professional labeling.
● Minimum of 5 years' experience working in the medical device industry or a similar highly regulated environment.
● Minimum of 5 years' experience supporting medical electrical equipment or similar capital equipment.
● Ability to travel domestically and internationally at varying frequencies ranging from 5% to 30%, depending on acquisition project needs.
Preferred qualifications:
● Direct technical writing experience.
● Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
