About the role:                  
The Principal Global Clinical Organization (GCO) Business Application Administrator (BAA) is a key Clinical systems and process expert who collaborates with stakeholders and IT on projects related to systems implementation, ongoing upgrades/releases, and process improvements. This position requires a higher level of clearance in several Clinical systems to perform administrative tasks and troubleshooting for end users. Option to work remotely.

 

Your responsibilities will include:
⦁    Ability to establish and lead project teams of cross functional representatives successfully to an end goal 
⦁    Collaborate with system Product Owners, IT, and cross divisional stakeholders on projects related to system development, configuration/requirements, planned releases, testing, and implementation of fixes/enhancements
⦁    Work cross functionally to identify, influence, and help to establish content for Clinical and BAA process improvements and/or creation of new system related best practices, job aids, user guides and training materials
⦁    Efficiently process Clinical administrative data entry at end user request in VEEVA Vault CTMS, Siebel CTMS, Documentum CDC, and ComplianceWire (GCP)
⦁    Document specified tasks in the Remedy ticket system 
⦁    Act as a Clinical system user Subject Matter Expert (SME) interfacing with end users through email, MS Teams chat/screenshare, or phone to answer questions and resolve/escalate issues
⦁    Assist in coaching BAA team in systems and process best practices

 

Required qualifications: 
⦁    High school degree (or equivalent)
⦁    Minimum of 5 years experience leading or participating in system implementations and exposure to data migration projects
⦁    Minimum of 6 years system administration experience in Clinical systems such a VEEVA Vault (Clinical) or similar CTMS system with working knowledge of reporting capabilities, audits/inspections, eTMF, and troubleshooting issues
⦁    Expertise in end user facing functions of VEEVA Vault CTMS with proven ability to provide exceptional systems end user support through effective communication, quickly assisting internal customers, and guiding users in system functions

 

Preferred qualifications: 
⦁    Clinical experience in VEEVA Vault CTMS, Siebel CTMS, and Documentum (CDC)
⦁    Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Teams, and Outlook
⦁    Working knowledge of iMedidata (RAVE), MDM, and Remedy ticket system work orders
⦁    Boston Scientific experience supporting clinical research teams preferred
⦁    Ability to be efficient, work independently, be resourceful, and problem solve
