About the role:                   
The Principal Process Improvement Analyst is a key resource in the Clinical Portfolio and Project Management Office (cPMO) that will help to ensuring we have the most effective and efficient processes and tools within the clinical organization.   

  

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Clinical Workflow Analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement within the clinical organization with a primary focus in the cPMO 
  • Improvement Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to improve clinical processes and patient outcomes. 
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret clinical and process data to support improvement initiatives. 
  • Best Practices Research: Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in relation to process improvement tools and processes, including AI efficiency opportunities. 
  • Business Requirement Documentation: Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements. 
  • Solution Proposal: Work cross-functionally to develop and propose effective solutions to business challenges. 
  • Training Program Design: Develop and deliver training sessions on new processes, tools, and methodologies, taking into consideration the needs of each role involved in the process. 
  • Outcome Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and analyze the performance of implemented changes as well as teach SME experts how to monitor, track and manage their own processes.  
  • Continuous Improvement Promotion: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing processes and outcomes. 

  

Required Qualification:  

  • 8 Years with bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience in Process Improvement and/or Project Management experience 
  • Experience and success with understanding current state processes, developing and implementing future state processes, and ensuring new processes are sustainable with defined measures of success. 
  • Experience in leading teams in identifying key factors to drive significant improvement in outcomes 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills 
  • Change management experience 
  • Ability to present to senior levels within the organization 

 

Preferred Qualifications and competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail 
  • Ability to influence change to bring forward Learning opportunities across the organization 
  • Blackbelt certification
