About the role:

The Principal Product Manager for Patient Management is responsible for leading global support and strategic marketing operations for the LATITUDE Programming System (Model 3300). The role involves developing a comprehensive strategic plan for global deployment of the 3300 Programmer and shaping the programmer strategy in support of the mCRM, Denali, and Field Service Tool programs.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Product lifecycle management, field enablement, and coordination of global distribution activities.
  • Success in this position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, sales, finance, R&D and marketing teams to ensure product availability, optimal performance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives, including long-range forecasting and investment tracking.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Lead coordination of field communications, training materials, and launch readiness, including commercialization of the Denali 3300 BLE adapter.
  • Interface with global clinical teams to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
  • Establish a deep understanding of market dynamics, clinical environments, and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track deployment, usage, and regional demand.

 

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management or marketing operations
  • Experience with medical device systems and global distribution
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Experience with strategic planning and supply chain analytics
  • Advanced learning agility and the ability to communicate complex concepts
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced degree
  • Comprehensive understanding of medical device upstream marketing
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythm management products and market dynamics
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cohesively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Familiarity with LATITUDE systems and the CRM product portfolio
  • Experience with key opinion leader (KOL) relationship management and facilitation of advisory boards

 

Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office in Arden Hills, Minnesota at least three days per week.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
