About the role:
The Principal Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst will drive enterprise-level analytics, strategies and planning for the Boston Scientific Cardiac Rhythm Management & Diagnostics sales team. As a senior strategic leader within the Sales Strategy and Operations team, this position partners with executive sales and marketing leadership to design, influence and optimize commercial sales models that enable scalable, sustainable organizational growth. This role requires exceptional business acumen, executive presence and analytical expertise, along with the ability to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
● Lead the design, development and execution of enterprise sales strategies and solutions that drive profitable growth.
● Develop advanced, actionable analytics and deliver executive-level recommendations that address complex commercial opportunities and optimize business performance.
● Partner with cross-functional executive leaders to architect and implement sales processes that achieve divisional and franchise-level objectives.
● Drive long-range planning and multi-year sales transformation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across sales operations and the broader sales organization.
● Identify large-scale process improvement opportunities and develop scalable solutions using appropriate methodologies, measurements, tools and quantitative techniques.
● Serve as a strategic advisor to the sales organization and advisory boards, aligning on initiatives that advance short- and long-term business goals.
● Lead strategic planning activities and influence enterprise-level decision-making.
● Build and sustain strong collaborative relationships across the division — including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing & Contracting, Sales Training and other internal partners — to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and shared success.
● Sponsor and lead high-impact sales-related projects and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and organizational capability.
● Champion efficiencies and continuous improvement across sales operations and the broader commercial organization.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree.
● Minimum of 6 years' experience in sales strategy, sales operations, analytics or a related commercial function.
● Demonstrated expertise in business data modeling and advanced statistical analysis.
● Exceptional problem-solving skills, using an analytical and consultative partner-focused approach.
● Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and analytical skills, able to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
● Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets from multiple perspectives to inform strategic business decisions.
● Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of leading multiple high-priority initiatives while meeting deadlines.
● Advanced expertise in Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications:
● Demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders and leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
