About the role:
As a Process Engineer, you will be part of a global team with a unique opportunity to oversee and optimize end-to-end processes centered around the installation and servicing of our medical electrical equipment worldwide. This role focuses on standardizing processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across a product portfolio spanning all divisions of Boston Scientific. This comes at a critical time as the equipment and services business is rapidly growing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define, document, and implement standardized global processes across different regions and business units
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to optimize workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
- Develop process metrics and KPIs to track performance and measure success
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across different departments and geographies to ensure alignment and process execution
- Facilitate communication and address concerns from end users and stakeholders regarding process changes and updates
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and enablers to advocate for process improvements
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement
- Identify potential compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant experience in highly regulated industry
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with proven experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different global locations
- Prior experience with Salesforce, SAP, and/or ERP systems

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
