About The Role:

This position is responsible for leading efforts in Intelligent Automation and data-driven business transformation, utilizing Mining technologies and Lean Business Principles to drive measurable business impact across Global Customer Care and Capital Equipment. The role involves spearheading business value programs and implementing technology tools to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement. It also includes building robust business cases, delivering ROI calculations, and leveraging best practices. The role requires executing improvement actions and initiating enterprise-wide change initiatives, presenting results and realized value to senior management to ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence. Additionally, it supports the Global Customer Care and Capital Equipment organization through the creation, implementation, harmonization, and maintenance of standard policies and procedures.

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines and activities from project kick-off through training to ensure each project is delivered on time and meets customer requirements.
  • Collaborating directly with leadership, process owners, and technical teams within each BU to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements and to ensure their successful realization.
  • Regularly communicating project status with status reports and meetings, covering key discussion items, action items, risks, and issues.
  • Prioritizing and managing the project pipeline.
  • Helping BUs drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through Mining technology tools or other applications/programs.
  • Organizing training and enablement sessions for business stakeholders.
  • Developing reporting structures and processes that enable understanding and action in areas requiring BU involvement.
  • Establishing and leading BU teams to review and identify best practices across enterprise-wide systems. Advising project leads to drive new and existing continuous improvement projects and developing and maintaining documentation and metrics for measuring progress, impact, and effectiveness of these projects.
  • Leading efforts to streamline SOPs and processes while maintaining or improving compliance and prioritizing process changes with the largest return on investment.
  • Facilitating and preparing materials for regular milestone reviews and quarterly management briefings with the Global Customer Care and Capital Equipment Management team

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in technology project management and portfolio management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with process discovery and optimization tools and techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience with process discovery and optimization tools and techniques
  • Experience with industrial engineering leadership and cross-functional collaboration
