About the role:
As a Process Analyst, you will be a member of the Boston Scientific’s Pricing and Contracting Team supporting BSC’s National Accounts, Corporate Sales and internal operations. You will interface with sales and operations teams with responsibilities for managing and supporting the creation and onboarding of our market share reporting tool. This role requires a high level of business acumen, customer solution focus, attention to detail, comprehensive organizational skills and analytical ability.
Work Mode:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Work closely with our SalesForce.com team to incorporate the needs of customers.
- Create reporting that is both customer-facing and Sales facing to help drive business goals.
- Maintain a close working relationship with our customers and the Sales team who support them to provide a comprehensive and cohesive experience.
- Work cross-functionally with our Sales teams, Rebates and Fees team, Pricing and Contracting teams, Global Business Support as well as other BSC divisions to ensure effective, accurate and consistent workflow.
- Support internal reporting requirements as it pertains to market share analysis and portal usage.
- General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
- Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action. Has knowledge of alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the business or technological environment.
- Influence exerted at varying levels of management.
- Create, and maintain standardized procedures to allow for repeatable and consistent workflow.
- Continually review new opportunities regarding use of the portal.
- Perform additional activities as required, including but not limited to contract audits and customer inquiries.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or other business-related degree
- 1-3 years of Accounting/Finance, Sales Operations, and/or Project Management experience.
- Individual must display strong individual management skills, including effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Candidate must have experience working successfully within a matrix organization.
- Skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Uses diplomacy and tact in interactions and problem solving.
- Provides guidance to less experienced staff.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a sales organization.
- Experience with SalesForce.com
