About the role:  
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This candidate is an experienced marketer with a high level of business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and a comfort with change.  In this role, he or she will be responsible for driving key marketing and business objectives for Boston Scientific’s high growth LUX-Dx™ ICM portfolio. The ideal candidate has a strategic, customer-first, mindset and has experience commercializing products and initiatives that drive preference and engagement across multiple key stakeholder groups. 

 

This is a hybrid role based out of our Arden Hills, MN facility.  This individual will be expected to be in the office, on average, 3 days per week.
 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Identify and proactively propose strategic approaches to key business challenges and opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to launch product enhancements and other key marketing initiatives; clearly scope strategies and implementation plans, execute on set timelines, maintain alignment and communication, identify and monitor key metrics of success
  • Engage the US sales teams to effectively reach customers and grow the business
  • Serve as a technical and functional expert on certain aspects of the ICM system
  • Represent the cardiac diagnostic solutions franchise in customer engagements including tradeshows, advisory boards, field visits, and on-campus customer meetings
  • Monitor customer and ICM market trends and partner with cross-functional partners on various market research projects
  • Prioritize among competing priorities based on business impact
  • Develop and support sales & customer training
  • Develop and refine key marketing messages and advise on campaign strategies

 

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of professional experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of product marketing or medical device experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of the key principles of marketing and how to apply them
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to synthesize information and develop compelling messages in presentations, written communication, marketing materials, meetings with leadership
  • Project management skills, ability to prioritize across simultaneous workstreams, and innate drive to problem solve
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% (domestic and international)

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience with cardiac diagnostic products or customers
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships in a dynamic and matrixed environment
  • Experience with mobile software and/or AI
  • Experience with market development or cross-selling initiatives
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce.com to drive business results
  • Passion for change and continuous improvement
