About the role:
The Professional Education Coordinator will be responsible for cross collaborating with Professional Education (Prof Ed), Professional Education Training Managers (PETM), and Sales Training on planning and preparing for all professional education programs including all Healthcare Professional (HCP) training and sales training events. This role will assist with metrics in support of product commercialization of INTRACEPT Intraosseous Nerve Ablation System. The Prof Ed Coordinator will be directly involved with managing the organization’s training simulators, to include tracking, shipping, receiving, forecasting/restocking disposables, maintenance, providing hardware/software updates, and acting as liaison for continual update of technology. This position will also assist in the managing of Cvent, SalesForce, and reimbursement software applications to meet the needs of Prof Ed, PETM, and Sales Training.
This position will be based at the corporate office in Arden Hills, MN. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing entire logistical requirements of the organization’s training simulators for all HCP and sales training events; to include acquiring, maintaining, and distributing all equipment.

Act as liaison for technological updates of simulators for future training and collaborate with vendor on all hardware/software updates.

Collaborate with Prof Ed on planning and implementing all Prof Ed faculty events.

Collaborate with Professional Education Specialists on processing all reimbursement requests.

Assist in Cvent administration – create and maintain registration sites for physician and sales training events.

Assist in faculty engagement communications and drafting confirmation of services in coordination with Prof Ed Specialist and PETM team.

Remains aware of all changes that may impact training requirements by seeking out information that may change the clinical process and implementing changes or improvements to training protocols and materials accordingly.

Ensure departmental compliance with the quality policy.

Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Required qualifications:
-
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in organizational equipment logistics and maintenance.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-
Cross-functional team experience
-
Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and some SF and Cvent experience.

Must be able to lift up to 60lbs as part of daily tasks.

Technical aptitude and ability to think strategically with appetite for innovation and continuous learning.

Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with ability to address multiple priorities simultaneously.

Comfortable developing and maintaining relationships with physician customers and field reps.

Team Player - strong communicator and collaborator.

Able to travel up to 20-25%
Preferred qualifications:
-
1+ years of experience in a compliance or training coordinator role in medical device, pharma, or healthcare.

1+ years of experience supporting physician training programs and/or experience as a designated HCP event planner.

Previous experience working in an FDA regulated environment.
