About the Role:

We’re looking for a Regulatory or Quality professional ready to take their career to the next level, someone who brings deep process expertise and is excited to step into a leadership role guiding one of Boston Scientific’s most critical global initiatives: our ERP transformation.


In this role, you’ll serve as the key link between our functional teams and technical partners, managing implementation efforts for tools and services that will shape the future of how Boston Scientific operates. You’ll gain exposure to senior executives, collaborate with global teams, and establish yourself as a go-to expert in our new enterprise systems.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in any of our US Boston Scientific offices at least three days per week.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, R&D, IT) to scope, plan, and execute ERP implementation phases
  • Translate process requirements into actionable project plans
  • Lead risk identification, contingency planning, and issue resolution across a global matrix
  • Collaborate with Software Quality Assurance (SQA) to uphold compliance standards
  • Prepare and present project updates to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Mentor team members on project management best practices
  • Serve as a change champion, building buy-in and enthusiasm across teams, adapting to new systems

 

Required Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree in a Scientific, Engineering, or Project Management discipline and/or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, or a related function in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • 3+ years of experience in cross-functional or program leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of regulated environments (FDA, ISO, EU MDR) and how systems must support them
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead through ambiguity and influence at all levels
  • Comfort with process design, change management, and working in global, fast-paced environments
  • A collaborative, systems-oriented mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow as a project leader

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
