About the Role:

 

We are looking for a versatile and experienced Project Specialist III to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support supply chain projects primarily related to Capital Equipment servicing. You will also be responsible for contributing to cross-site quality metric forums and various global supply chain initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish the service supply chain for new product introductions (NPI) and acquisitions.
  • Lead projects supporting the Capital Equipment Technical Service (CETS) group.
  • Assist in cross-site quality performance forums and conduct in-depth technical reviews.
  • Plan and execute major projects, product/process transfers, and business process improvements within the CETS organization.
  • Develop and implement project management tools and documentation.
  • Provide updates to senior leadership and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
  • Standardize playbooks for Capital Equipment launches.
  • Identify and resolve complex challenges with limited information.
  • Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of experience, including managing or leading cross-functional projects.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills necessary to convey information effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience managing uncertainty and driving projects to completion.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess and solve problems.
  • Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating and facilitating communications for stakeholders.
  • Experience within or across Boston Scientific's Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Service).
  • Familiarity with Windchill.
  • Exposure to Boston Scientific systems (SAP, MES, BMRAM, GSMS).
  • Understanding of Boston Scientific’s quality systems.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
