About this Position:
Has appropriate scientific/engineering experience to provide independent technical support through experiment execution and analysis as part of a project team. Builds scientific knowledge and concepts within and across disciplines surrounding core business principles
Work Mode:

Your responsibilities include:
- Conducts sample, solution, and standard preparations.
- Runs and interprets liquid chromatography mass spectrometry data to quantify and/or identify known and unknown analytes.
- Maintains documentation/laboratory notebook to support analytical testing.
- Utilizes validated excel spreadsheets to calculate results.
- Authors equipment qualifications, analytical test methods, method development plans and reports, and method validation protocols and reports.
- Provides scientific consultation on challenging and potentially novel problems and opportunities.
- Performs routine laboratory testing in accordance with FDA and other regulatory requirements, and internally established procedures and specifications.
- Assures the quality of medical device and combination products by supporting material and finished goods release testing.
- Performs sample analysis using liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography mass spectrometry using established instrumentation settings, processing, and reporting methods.
- Collaborates with customers and co-workers to ensure testing is completed to meet established timelines.
- Supports equipment qualifications, investigational analysis, and method development, optimization, and validation
- Designs and executes or leads experiments and testing plans to meet project/program goals.
Required qualifications:
- 4 year undergraduate degree (bachelor’s, B.A or B.S.) in science related field
- 5 years of industry experience in chemistry laboratory setting with basic skills such as pipetting, good weighing practices, utilization of class A glassware, solution and standard preparations, and handling of chemicals
- 5 years of industry experience operating Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectroscopy equipment
- Working knowledge of cGMP and GDP requirements and principles

- Graduate degree (Master of Science, M.S./ Doctor of Philosophy, Ph.D.) in science related field
