About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join the CRMDx PMO team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the CRMDx (Cardiac Rhythm Management and Diagnostics) PMO organization in implementing and utilizing PPM (Project Portfolio Management) tools and solutions to handle day-to-day run the business activities, which includes financial support, project support, data analytics and process improvement initiatives. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to analyze existing processes and propose new capabilities to enhance CRMDx PMO operational efficiency.

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an onsite work model requiring employees to be in our local office in Arden Hills, MN at least 4 days per week.

Your responsibilities include:
- Lead and support the migration of CRMDx onto a new Planisware-based PPM system called Lumos.
- Become a superuser of the new Lumos PPM system and serve as key point of contact for future training and support needs within CRMDx.
- Support Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, cost center mapping, and monthly spending in partnership with the Finance team.
- Support ad-hoc requests and projects for the PMO team.
- Coordinate with internal and external tool developers to improve current tools and implement new tools.
- Support creation of training material, templates, and best practices.
- Create and maintain portfolio analysis reports and dashboards using PPM/BI tools.
- Support the creation and closure of project codes.
- Lead and support continuous improvement efforts for PPM tools, systems and processes.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years proven work experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role
- High skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and entire Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Able to work independently and as a team member, and exercise good judgment to handle a variety of situations
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment in a matrix organization
Preferred qualifications and competencies:
- Experience in the Medical Device or other High-Tech industry
- Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Platform (PowerBI)
- Hands-on experience with Planisware PPM Software
- Expert level Excel skills
- PMI-PBA or CAPM certification desired but not required
- Strong organization, execution, and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information
- Strong business and financial analysis skills
- Models and promotes collaboration and works effectively with others across the project team, organization, and stakeholders to achieve goals
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within project teams
- Ability to work on multiple activities and initiatives with minimum supervision
- Proficient with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system, Planisware or similar
