Senior Cross-Divisional Corporate Accounts Analyst
About the Role:
At Boston Scientific, the Senior Cross-Divisional Corporate Accounts Analyst will play a critical role in the driving execution of Boston Scientific’s BSC360 and CrossCare contracting and rebate programs across all divisions. This position requires advanced pricing, contracting, and analytical expertise to support category leadership, maximize revenue growth, and deliver on customer rebate commitments. The Analyst will partner with Corporate Sales, divisional leaders, and field teams to ensure successful execution of cross-divisional rebate programs, including alignment with the Executive Price Council and customer-facing growth plans. The role requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to influence strategic business decisions across the enterprise.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-divisional proposals including 360 programs, CrossCare programs and non-standard cross divisional programs.
- Partner with Corporate Sales Directors, Managers, and divisional sales and Pricing & Contracts teams provide contracting guidance to ensure program alignment with organizational and divisional initiatives, growth expectations, and rebate commitments.
- Act as the primary point of contact from a Pricing & Contracting perspective, proactively engaging and aligning field sales teams to ensure timely coordination, accurate representation of deals, and efficient progression through approval processes.
- Prepare pre-deal analysis determining cost/benefit analysis of new proposal. Present and discuss recommendations.
- Prepare and present program proposals to the Executive Price Council, ensuring adherence to established program guidelines, cross-divisional alignment, and full documentation of all required approvals.
- For CrossCare and non-standard CrossCare deals, partner closely with divisional Business Analysts to ensure opportunities are accurately represented, divisional considerations are incorporated, and all required approvals are obtained prior to advancement.
- Maintain and continuously update the cross-divisional program performance tracker, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of data.
- Using appropriate IS systems, implement, extract and analyze results of customer contract compliance and performance.
- Champion and advance the use of contract management and rebate reporting tools, including Tableau dashboards and BSC360 program checklists, to enhance decision quality.
- Work cross-functionally with legal, finance and marketing as well as other BSC divisions to ensure effective workflow throughout the contract lifecycle and consistent process execution.
- Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all applicable contract obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage financial accruals, optimizing the ratio of contract accruals to settlements.
- Champion and drive the utilization of our contract management suite of tools to administer customer contracts and provide sales management with the necessary analytics and information to make quality contracting decisions and optimize revenue and profitability.
- Identify and support implementation of best practices, processes and tools to ensure effective workflow throughout the contract lifecycle, consistent process execution and unified approaches that maximize sales support execution, quality, effectiveness, efficiency and productivity.
- Actively seek input from Finance, Marketing and Sales Management to better understand customer needs, perceptions, etc. Make efforts to ensure that customer needs are understood and met by self and team.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of related business experience, preferably including 5 years in pricing, contracting, or sales analytics.
- Demonstrated experience with cross-divisional or enterprise-level program execution.
- Demonstrated experience with analytical modeling, deal execution, and contract management.
- Experience with business intelligence platforms and contract/pricing systems (e.g., Model N, Salesforce, CPQ).
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced and adaptive environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with ability to influence at senior levels in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced financial background and ability to analyze profitability and ROI of complex deals.
- Highly skilled in Tableau and advanced Excel modeling for rebate performance tracking.
- Contracting/Revenue Management systems expertise.
