About the role:


Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager, Telehealth and Training to drive innovation and provide an exceptional technical training experience for BSC field staff and other internal and external customers of BSC products. You will evaluate, maintain, analyze, and support remote technologies for on-demand training. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to utilize tools like Help Lightning and ALM, evangelize the benefits of telehealth technology to business partners, and investigate evolving products for future consideration. 


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as business process owner for Remote Case Support (Hub) enabling collaboration and innovation for divisions/regions (spokes) across all divisions within the U.S.
  • Managing ongoing experience/product performance, expansion, financial health, roadmap, and end-of-life decisions 
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing, legal and quality, Clinical Education, and global business partners to develop clear strategies and prioritize work to drive efficiencies
  • Development of implementation playbooks and design solutions with cross-divisional input
  • Management of key technology vendors including issue escalation, change management, and the influencing of roadmaps
  • Ownership of centralized services designed to improve end user experiences including logistics/shipping, platform administration, and technical support
  • Technical ownership of core remote support solutions offered to Clinical Education teams
  • Fostering an innovative and creative culture that is customer-centric and not risk-averse
  • Collaborating with medical education teams to plan and execute pilots of technologies
  • Measurement and reporting of adoption and value of initiatives
  • Partnering with technology enablement teams (i.e. CPQ, SFDC, others) to determine integration opportunities with Inside Sales and traditional sales channels
  • Gathering market data to effectively identify and frame new product opportunities 


What we’re looking for:


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in an agile team and knowledge of agile principles, rituals, etc.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience with digital service or product management


Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical device industry experience
  • Strong communication skills with change management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to develop plans, strategies, and tools to maximize impact
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with and success influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization 
  • Ability to influence partners/stakeholders with which you have no direct reporting relationship
