The Sr. Manager for Global Service Technology oversees and supports the Capital Equipment Service Technology team with implementing the S4/HANA ERP system to support US-based service activities across the Capital Equipment business. This role drives the strategy and execution of transformation activities related to the S4 migration, while supporting Field Service, Technical Service, and Commercial teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Service Technology team supporting the transformation for US S4/HANA deployment, while leveraging the learnings from other regions
  • Managing team and enabling all participants to contribute their full potential in pursuit of organizational goals and objectives
  • Fostering a diverse work environment by guiding, coaching, and developing direct reports
  • Directing and controlIng the activities and budget of key functional areas, divisions, product groups, projects, programs and/or operations
  • Monitoring implementation activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures along with federal, country and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying process inefficiencies to implement scalable system improvements and promote a LEAN culture
  • Driving compliance and quality efforts to avoid new CAPA/NCEP generation

 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of digital transformation experience or product ownership of ServiceMax, Salesforce.com (SFDC) and/or similar capital equipment applications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in global service or technology operations within MedTech or similarly regulated industry
  • Experience with program and project management
  • Understanding of Agile and/or Scrum methodology along with backlog management
  • Leadership and change management experience with ability to influence and drive cross-functional performance, creativity and innovation
  • Experience providing customer support in field services or service operations
  • Ability to travel up 10% globally

Preferred qualifications:

  • Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with SAP S4/Hana integration
  • Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

 

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).

 

Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
