About the role: The Senior Quality Supervisor works within the Arden Hills Documentation Services group, supervising professionals responsible for accurate, timely, compliant creation, maintenance, change control, and archival/ retrieval of business procedures, product documentation, and documentation that comprises the Device Master Record, Design History File, and Device History Record. Responsibilities include maintenance of business and information systems and identifying, researching, and implementing opportunities for process improvement that are supportive of department and corporate vision/objectives.
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Provides direction, coaching, and mentoring to team personnel in the achievement of organizational goals
- Develops direct reports by securing appropriate training, assigning progressively challenging tasks, applying progressive disciplinary action as appropriate and conducting formal written and verbal performance reviews
- Fosters and sustains a culture of continuous improvement, including leading a team of employees in the identification and implementation of changes to systems and processes that result in operation efficiencies and improved customer outcomes
- Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports compliance to the Quality Policy and documented quality processes and procedures
- Optimizes processes and practices to produce desired results through collaboration with engineering and management from a variety of functions.
- Monitors daily work operations and provides direct performance feedback
- Assists direct reports and internal customers in interpreting Quality System and product information control procedures
- Translates BSC and Operations organization strategy/ goals into department strategy/ goals and individual objectives
- Leads and champions departmental or cross-functional initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 1+ years of direct or indirect supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding and working knowledge of Medical Device Quality Systems and Regulatory Requirements
- Medical Device industry experience
- Demonstrated effective change leadership
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and results orientation
- Strong communication and business acumen skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
