About the Role:The Senior Quality Systems Engineer will be responsible for the execution of Field Action (FARS) Investigation Reports in the Business Warehouse (BW) application used as an input to all the subsequent reports in the Product investigaiton Report (PIR) and field action processes.
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensures data inputs meet input requirements of the FARS Investigation Report.
- Responsible for working with site Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to establish Official Materials Batch List (OMBL) in support of PIR process and to be applied to Field Action when applicable.
- Execute FARS reports as need to support ongoing PIRs and Field Actions.
- Utilize source systems, such as SAP R/3 or SAP S/4, to verify quantities or any other type of information when needed.
- Responsible for field action Customer Tracking Reports and Returns Tracking Reports.
- Responsible for generation of various others reports supporting field actions, e.g. Quality Notification (QN) Containment reports, reconciliation and closure reports.
- Assists the Field Action Team Lead (FATL) as required during the Field Action process.
- Collaborate with Global Field Action Team on continuous improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering or related Field.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
Strong Excel Skills, including Concatenate, VLookup, Identifying Duplicate Values / Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $ to $, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
