About the role:
This role is a key member of the Rebates and Fees Team within Commercial Services ensuring accurate data and compliance for Boston Scientific. The Senior Analyst is responsible for performing multifaceted analyses to assess customer contract performance. The role will be responsible for the settlement and payment of Watchman and high value customer rebates. Supports BSC customers by ensuring contract compliance, resolving complex rebate issues between our internal partners, customers and the BSC sales force.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide oversight and insightful analysis in rebate settlement, while partnering with leadership to drive key strategic decisions.
  • Ensure timely rebate payments and customer market share communications.
  • Manage the processing, settlement, payment and reporting of Watchman rebates within BSC’s Revenue Management systems.
  • Prepare and analyze rebate reporting for business partners data.
  • Provide advice and expertise regarding past successfully executed agreements and future settlement options.
  • Support and maintain databases to allow ease of reporting on KPIs to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract rebate obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support internal reporting requirements as it pertains to rebate payments.
  • Recommend, develop, and coordinate policies and procedures related to business administration to ensure efficiency, and accuracy of operations.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to clarify and/or resolve questions related to agreement language, contract setup or customer requirements.
  • Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. 
  • Exercises judgment to determine appropriate actions.  Has knowledge of alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the business or technological environment.

 

 Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with four years of work experience in finance, accounting, sales operations, contract administration or another related field.
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
