As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be a key player in crafting and executing the talent acquisition vision that will power our marketing success across all divisions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Competitive Mindset: Develop and implement competitive recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor practices to ensure our talent acquisition processes are leading-edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment and success in hiring initiatives.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Bring innovative ideas to the table to enhance our recruitment processes. Utilize creative sourcing techniques and marketing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop long-term recruitment strategies that align with the company’s business goals. Analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Agility and Change Management: Adapt quickly to changing business needs and market conditions. Lead change management initiatives within the talent acquisition function to ensure continuous improvement and agility.
  • Proactive Accountability: Take ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish. Proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods, including networking, social media, and industry events. Develop strategies to engage passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
  • Data and Technology Consultation: Leverage data and technology to enhance recruitment processes. Utilize applicant tracking systems, data analytics, and other tools to track metrics, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience identifying and assessing talent to build diverse pipelines
  • Communication and presentation skills with ability to deliver hiring plans and metrics to senior business unit leaders
  • Ability to self-direct and prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities/projects and deliver results within a fast-paced complex environment
  • Ability to work in a matrix-centric environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs)
  • Passion and interest in leveraging social media and digital channels
  • Impeccable track record of integrity and tenacious appetite for driving strategic business decisions forward.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, Eightfold and SeekOut
