About the role:

The Senior Sales Compensation Admin Analyst manages the administration of sales compensation plans/programs and employment agreements. You will model and maintain the sales hierarchy and work within a team of compensation analysts and interact with regional managers to make sure alignments to accounts are accurate. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and reporting of compensation, revenue and quota adjustments
  • Managing monthly/quarterly commission and bonus payment process
  • Assisting sales team with sales compensation and sales hierarchy questions and concerns
  • Maintaining and validating monthly revenue and quota
  • Preparation of pay feed data, approvals and submission to payroll
  • Managing commission rate calculations
  • Managing revenue transfers between sales team personnel
  • Providing sales compensation reporting and analysis to sales team
  • Manages sales hierarchy change implementations, hierarchy alignment analysis and regularly validating data
  • Enhancing and modifying sales compensation systems

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with a commission software
  • Minimum of 5 years of Excel experience - ability to access databases, cross reference and data validation, basic formula understanding
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize direction from several leaders.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Varicent software experience
  • Anaplan software experience
  • At least 1 years’ CPA experience
  • Experience working on large-scale projects
  • Sales operations and analytics experience
