About the role:

The Product Complaint Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team within the Complaint Management Center for the Electrophysiology division. He/she/they will be involved in coaching, mentoring, and leading a team of Product Analysts and participating in continuous improvement projects within the division.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Will lead a group or team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals supporting a growing division. Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports.
  • Provides expertise in the area of Regulatory Reports, and the Complaint Handling Process as a whole.
  • Supports Audits by being directly involved or supporting the Team Members involved in audits.
  • Interaction with other departments related to complaints including Complaint Investigation Site, Clinical, Med Safety, Design Assurance, Research and Development, and Marketing/Sales.
  • Liaison between key cross functional teams that work with CMC.
  • Will participate and lead project work for the EP CMC and Post Market Quality Assurance Global Team.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of  a Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Medical device experience required


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Management experience preferred
  • Audit experience preferred
  • Continuous improvement, six sigma experience preferred
