About The Role:

We are looking for an energetic leader to join the Arden Hills Quality Systems department in the newly-created role of Senior Quality Supervisor.  In this role, you will lead a team of exempt and non-exempt individuals whose responsibilities support core BSC Quality System functions and activities at the Arden Hills site within the Quality System Management process, the Document, Records and Data Control process and/or the CAPA process.


Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Providing supervision and direction to a team of exempt and non-exempt individuals whose responsibilities primarily lie in the areas of Quality System records management, Quality Management Review, Continuous Improvement projects, CAPA Board facilitation, and quality metrics
  • Build Quality into all aspects of their own work and their team’s work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
  • May facilitate education of other functional areas on quality system requirements with respect to the areas they supervise
  • Work with Quality and other leaders to identify areas within their responsibilities in need of improvement and lead such improvements
  • Promote a work environment that supports the global Quality Policy, global Quality System, Continuous Improvement and Winning Culture at Arden Hills
  • Act as an effective leader or team member in supporting quality disciplines, decisions, and practices
  • Apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues as related to the position responsibilities


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of applicable education and experience
  • Minimum 4 years of equivalent experience
  • Previous experience working within a medical device Quality System


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous experience working in a quality functional role in a medical device company
  • Previous experience working at Boston Scientific
  • Ability to evaluate and ensure compliance to applicable internal Quality System requirements for the areas and activities they supervise
  • Strong verbal / written communication, interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead others to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid mode: work from home, work from site
  • Ability to understand, support, and adhere to requirements and processes put in place due to COVID-19
