Currently we are looking for a
HR Administrator Greece & Czech Republic
(12-month defined term contract)
Workplace: Athens
Role Purpose:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in one or more of the following areas: compensation, payroll, employee queries, staffing/recruiting, learning and development, benefits and employee relations.
Note: This is a 12-month defined term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and prepare data in preparation of HR initiatives and programs to include the creation of files/documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Manage/enter data in one or more of the following HR systems: Payroll, Employee Data, Compensation, Benefits, Learning and/or Recruitment.
- Provide Project Coordination support in related workstreams including Organizational design, Communication and Change Management, Training and Development
- PO/invoice processing: Processing invoices for external vendors including recruitment agencies, event companies etc.
- Provide recruitment and onboarding support when needed
- Provide input, data and information on HR processes and policies
- Serves as a point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Maintains contacts and networks across division/location. Contacts involve obtaining or providing information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or equivalent
- Fluent in English – daily working language
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Experienced office skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Ability to work remotely with internal customers, through Teams/email/phone
