HR Service Delivery Support

Role Overview 

The HR Service Delivery Support role provides transactional and administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle for EMEA, with a primary focus on Greece & Czech Republic. This position ensures accurate, timely, and compliant execution of HR processes while delivering a high level of service to employees and stakeholders. 

 

Note: This is a 12-month defined term contract. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding 

  • Issue employee contracts and coordinate hiring into the national system (ERGANI II) for GR 

  • Support regional onboarding activities, including collection of required local documentation and management of onboarding meeting 

  • Process new hires in SuccessFactors 

 

Offboarding 

  • Manage offboarding processes in line with local legal requirements 

  • Maintain employee leave records and inform relevant stakeholders 

  • Process leavers, prepare required documentation, and update HR systems accordingly 

 

Payroll & Benefits Administration 

  • Manage monthly payroll activities & provide payroll relevant input 

  • Manage payroll cyclical reporting  

  • Manage benefits enrollment and local benefits administration with external vendors 

  • Contingent worker management and collaboration with agencies 

 

HR Administration & Case Management 

  • Provide first-level HR support for local HR-related inquiries via ServiceNow 

  • Deliver ad-hoc administrative support (e.g., employment letters, work permits, visa requests, headcount reports) 

  • Maintain updated employee records and files in SharePoint 

  • Support local documentation requirements and site audit administration (files, reports, data) 

  • Manage Leave of Absence processes in line with country-specific documentation requirements 

 

HR Systems, Processes & Continuous Improvement 

  • Support the administration and accuracy of employee data in SuccessFactors 

  • Assist the System Administrator for the Leave System (Timmi) and collaborate closely with external Payroll Provider 

  • Support employee training and development initiatives 

  • Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of HR services, systems, policies, and procedures 

Shape 

Stakeholder & Project Support 

  • Represent HR Service Delivery Support in assigned initiatives or projects 

  • Build strong internal relationships with Finance, Regulatory Affairs, HR Centers of Excellence, and Country Leadership Teams 

  • Collaborate closely with in-country HR teams and broader EMEA stakeholders 

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives as required 

Shape 

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Language Skills: Greek & English (B2 level or higher) 

  • HR Systems Experience: Workforce and case management systems; experience with SuccessFactors and ServiceNow preferred 

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities 

  • Customer Focus: Service-oriented mindset with the ability to support internal and external clients effectively 

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness 

  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and across functions 

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to manage changing priorities and workloads
