Core objective of the Territory Manager role is to support the Urology division in achieving sales targets, goals and objectives of the division: to aid the achievement of customer satisfaction and business growth through focused business planning; and to support customers with clinical expertise to enable optimal patient outcomes.
This role is based in New Zealand, responsible for Auckland, and reports to the Regional Sales Manager, Urology based in Australia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on annual revenue commitments and build a sustainable business over the longer term.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive new business in the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with our internal stakeholders and territory colleagues
- Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals & objectives.
- Successfully complete divisional training programs, apply these skills in the field and maintain a high level of technical and market knowledge on an ongoing basis.
- Work with the broader Urology team to identify training, research and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Established contact person for hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff as it relates to BSC’s Urology business.
- Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
- Complete market analysis and regular reporting as required.
- Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in good order and in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Previous experience in Medical Device Sales is desirable.
- Prior experience with Urology products is desirable.
- Previous Capital Sales experience would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships.
- A good learner with the ability to gain clinical knowledge quickly.
