About the role: Territory Manager II, CRM

 

The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales, market development, and clinical adoption of CRM products (Pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices) within the assigned geography. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, relationship management with cardiologists/electrophysiologists, and execution excellence in a highly competitive medical device environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  

1. Sales & Business Development

 

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for CRM products.
  • Drive market share growth in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals and cardiac centers.
  • Maintain a strong sales funnel and accurate forecasting.

 

2. Clinical Support & Case Coverage

 

  • Provide on-site support during device implants (Pacemakers, ICD, CRT).
  • Ensure proper product usage and troubleshooting during procedures.
  • Train healthcare professionals on device features and clinical benefits.

 

3. KOL & Customer Relationship Management

 

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders:

 

  • Electrophysiologists
  • Cardiologists
  • Cath lab staff & hospital administrators
  • Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive advocacy and adoption.

 

4. Territory Management

 

  • Develop and execute business plans.
  • Map accounts and prioritize high-potential centers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

 

5. Product Promotion & Education

 

  • Conduct CMEs, workshops, and product demonstrations.
  • Educate customers on clinical evidence and product differentiation.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns and launches.

 

 Your Experience: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy / Life Sciences / Biomedical Engineering / Science
  • MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong clinical and technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Relationship-building and influencing skills
  • High ownership and result orientation
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, procedure-driven environments
  • Good analytical and territory planning skills
